Refund policy

All sales are final once shipped due to the nature of agricultural products. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, written notice with photo documentation must be emailed to us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that do not meet legal or compliance requirements.
